IsoFlex Marine Flexible shaft couplings

Driveline supply. The flexible shaft coupling and flexible engine mount
are intended for the marine industry as well as for industrial

IsoFlex New Generation Flexible Engine
mounts

Flexible engine mounts isolate over
90% of engine vibration, throughout the rev range. Matched
selection and performance to suit most applications. |

Control driveline misalignment by
being 50-100% stiffer in lateral and thrust directions. The
Isoflex engine mounts are designed to handle thrust and seaway
induced misalignments |

Long lasting, resistant to fuel, oil
and water…..the engine mounts will not harden and become brittle.
Reduces the hassle of regular maintenance change outs |

Fail safe construction. The Isoflex
flexible engine mounts can even cope with complete knock down or
inversion and will not let an engine break loose. Other rubber
construction mounts are bonded and rely upon that bond only to
keep the mount together |

expensive than original mounts, rebuildable and longer life. The
working parts of the Isoflex flexible engine mounts can even be
replaced at the end of their working lives. |

The Isoflex flexible coupling isolates drive line vibration, propeller
pulse, and gear chatter |

The flexible coupling help alleviate drive line misalignment,
prevents binding of the drive bearings. |

flexing with engine movement to isolate vibration. |

The flexible coupling serves as a sacrificial link, designed to fail
before gearbox damage occurs |
Aside from the above advantages a
flexible coupling can bring, it will also help save huge amount of
money whenever the driveline get caught up with a rope or hit
underwater structures. Shown below is a photo of a damaged gearbox
not fitted with a flexible coupling and a rope cutter. The cost to
install a flexible coupling and rope stripper is far more cheaper
than replacing an entire gearbox.
