A Twin Disc Power Commander EC251 supplied by
Pacific Driveline to the latest Salthouse Vessel "Independence" bound for
the Australian market. This vessel was the first to be installed with the
new "QuickShift" transmissions
in New Zealand .
The smoothness, manoeuvrability
and control of this vessel was something that all involved (some with over
20 years of experience) had never felt before as the saying goes "you
have to feel it to believe it".
